Fun-Power Spot is a family of high-performance LED power lamps designed specifically for amusement rides and attractions. Each lamp features a robust aluminium housing that ensures excellent heat dissipation, durability, and reliability even under continuous operation.
The family includes five sizes, distinguished by their diameters, 39.9 mm, 49 mm, 66 mm, 110 mm and 126 mm, and it is available in two operating modes:
- Plug & Play
- Controllable Pixel
The number of LEDs ranges from 1 to 9, depending on the lamp size.
Equipped with CREE RGBW power LEDs, the lamps allow perfect colour mixing of red, green and blue to produce vivid multicolour effects, while the addition of cool white creates a pure, uniform white light. This configuration also enables a powerful Strobe effect, achieved by combining all four colour components.
Each lamp is fitted with a lens providing a wide 130° beam angle, ensuring bright and even illumination.
Plug&Play
Fun-Led has been a pioneer of Plug&Play technology since the early 2000s. These lamps feature integrated electronics with internal programming, allowing them to operate without an external controller — they only require an AC power supply through a standard ferromagnetic transformer.
A key feature of the Plug&Play mode is its large onboard memory, which, combined with Fun-Led’s programming software, enables the creation of installations with numerous channels and stunning light choreographies— results that were once unimaginable for a Plug&Play system.
Controllable Pixel
Fun-Led adopts the UCS1903/UCS2904 protocol, based on a serial SPI signal, to remotely control the lamps and manage the brightness and colour of each one. The lamps are not numbered, and their cascaded connection must follow a specific layout defined in the initial project.
They can be operated using any UCS1903/UCS2904-compatible controller. This mode requires a DC power supply and a controller board. Fun-Led provides a variety of hardware and software solutions to manage and control its lamps with maximum efficiency and flexibility.
